All students who are new to the field of advanced manufacturing will first complete the Advanced Manufacturing Specialist Certificate (AMSC) to learn about various career options and to identify a specialization. After choosing a specialization, you will receive short-term training to earn a nationally recognized, industry certification in your chosen career path.
There are currently more than 5,000 job openings for manufacturing workers, according to the Manufacturers Association of Florida. Employers are heavily recruiting skilled workers to fill open positions.
